KFAX8: Dance '91
Between the years of 1990 and 1994 avid raver and face-on-the-scene Toby 'Tobias' Smith was busy fulfilling his insatiable appetite for club culture. Consuming as much music as he could, he spent his time visiting a wide range of raves around London and the South West. Toby would make sure he collected the flyers for these events as he went, collecting promotional material for the events he attended and also for ones he liked the look of. His personal collection grew and grew and was finally archived in the attic at his mother's house and forgotten about for over 25 years.
Klasse Wrecks is proud to present a fine selection of this collection in the eighth of it's KFAX series. Portrayed in all their natural glory over more than 100 pages, the book faithfully restores and offset prints the flyers in a high quality. The layout features a mix of front and back and full page replications, allowing the reader to fully immerse themselves in the detail of each event. With the original paper flyers becoming rarer over time KFAX8 serves as an archive of the past, presenting the material to a new audience and the next generation.
120 pages, measuring at 21x14.8cm and offset printed on 100g/m² smooth paper.
